Getting set up
Apple Health access
Exoplan reads sleep, heart-rate and activity data from Apple Health to estimate your energy. If you skipped the permission screen, open the Settings app on your iPhone, go to Health > Data Access & Devices > Exoplan, and turn on the categories you want to share.
Calendars
Exoplan shows every calendar on your iPhone, including iCloud and Exchange, through Apple Calendar. If those events don’t appear, open the Settings app, go to Privacy & Security > Calendars > Exoplan and choose Full Access.
To add Google Calendar, open Exoplan’s Settings > Accounts > Add Google Account. You can add more than one.

Questions
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Exoplan works with the sleep and heart-rate data in Apple Health, wherever it comes from. Without a tracker, it estimates your rhythm from your chronotype, which you set during onboarding. An Apple Watch gives it the most data to learn from.
Is there an Apple Watch app?
No. Exoplan runs on iPhone and reads your Apple Watch data through Apple Health.
Which iPhones are supported?
Any iPhone with iOS 18 or later. The app is in English.
Is my energy measured?
No, it’s estimated. Exoplan looks at when you slept and how your heart rate and activity changed over recent weeks, then predicts when your energy usually rises and dips. It’s a planning aid, not medical advice.
Does Exoplan work offline?
Your calendar and tasks work offline. The AI planner, voice input and energy model updates need an internet connection.
Does the AI planner change my calendar on its own?
No. It proposes changes, and you review them before anything is added to your calendar.
